Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 12 June 2026

These terms form the agreement between you and Auditbase Academy Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202201018356 (1462175-D)) of Suite 3A-05, Block D2, Solaris Dutamas, 1 Jalan Dutamas 1, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, trading as Auditbase Academy, whenever you use auditbase.help or enrol in our lessons. By purchasing a lesson package you accept these terms. They are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

1. What we provide

We provide live online English tuition delivered by tutors engaged and trained by us, together with study materials, progress reports and certificates of completion. Lesson content is educational guidance; we do not guarantee any particular exam score or employment outcome except where a written plan expressly includes our additional-lessons guarantee.

2. Enrolment and accounts

Enrolment begins when payment for a package is received and confirmed by email. You agree that the details you give us are accurate and kept up to date. For students under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the enrolment and remains our contractual counterpart.

3. Scheduling, lateness and cancellation

  • Lessons may be booked, moved or cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled start.
  • Changes inside 12 hours, and no-shows, are charged as one lesson from your package.
  • If a tutor is late, the lesson is extended or the missed minutes are credited. If a tutor cancels, the lesson is rescheduled at your convenience and does not count against your package.
  • If technical problems on our side prevent a lesson from being usable, it is not counted.

4. Package validity

Each package has a validity period stated at purchase. We grant reasonable extensions for documented illness, travel or emergencies — ask before the package expires. Unused lessons may be refundable under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Payment

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due before lessons in a package are taken. Corporate invoicing terms are agreed in writing per engagement.

6. Conduct

Lessons are a respectful space. We may end a lesson, and after warning terminate an enrolment without refund of the affected lesson, in cases of abusive language or behaviour towards tutors or other learners. Recording of group sessions by participants is not permitted; private lesson recordings may be made only with both parties' agreement.

7. Materials and intellectual property

Study materials, lesson plans and this website's content belong to us or our licensors. You may use materials for your own learning but may not republish, resell or distribute them. Certificates identify the learner and course honestly and may be verified by third parties through us.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from any enrolment is limited to the amount you paid for the package concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed opportunities, travel costs or loss of income.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date; material changes are notified to active students by email at least 14 days in advance and do not apply retroactively to packages already purchased.

10. Contact and disputes

Complaints go first to [email protected] — most issues are resolved within a week. Unresolved disputes fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
