Return & Refund Policy

We would rather refund fairly than keep an unhappy student. This policy sets out exactly when Auditbase Academy Sdn Bhd refunds payments for lesson packages bought on auditbase.help, and how quickly the money reaches you.
1. Fourteen-day cooling-off
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and have taken no more than one paid lesson from the package, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. The free taster never counts as a paid lesson.
2. Pro-rated refunds after the cooling-off period
After 14 days, and at any point before your package expires, you may cancel the remainder. We refund the unused lessons at the per-lesson rate you actually paid, minus lessons already taken and minus a processing fee of RM50 or 5% of the refund amount, whichever is lower.
3. Tutor mismatch
If the first tutor we match isn't right, tell us within your first four lessons. We will rematch you once for free and credit back one mismatched lesson. If the second match still doesn't work, you may cancel with a full refund of all remaining lessons and no processing fee.
4. Lessons cancelled by us
Lessons cancelled by your tutor or by technical failure on our side are never deducted from your package. If we discontinue a programme entirely, all remaining lessons are refunded in full, including any processing fee exemption.
5. What is not refundable
- Lessons already delivered, including lessons forfeited by no-show or late cancellation under our Terms & Conditions;
- Packages that expired before a refund or extension was requested;
- Promotional lessons received free of charge.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your enrolment, or WhatsApp +60 14-932 6047, stating your name and package. We confirm the calculation with you in writing before processing anything.
7. Processing times
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds within Malaysia typically arrive in 3–5 working days after processing; card refunds depend on your issuing bank and can take up to two statement cycles to appear.
8. Corporate purchases
Team plans invoiced to companies follow the refund schedule agreed in the engagement letter; where none is specified, this policy applies with the processing fee waived.
