Cookie Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This page explains how auditbase.help, operated by Auditbase Academy Sdn Bhd, uses cookies and similar browser storage. We keep it deliberately short because we keep our cookie use deliberately small.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, so the site can recognise you between pages or visits. Related technologies — in our case, browser localStorage — do a similar job and are covered by this policy too.
What we actually set
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHP session cookie | Strictly necessary | Keeps your enquiry form secure (it carries the anti-forgery token) while you browse. | Deleted when you close the browser |
| au_cc_v1 | Strictly necessary (localStorage) | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so the banner doesn't reappear on every page. | Until you clear browser data |
That is the complete list at the time of writing. We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not set third-party analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which serves files without setting cookies.
Your choices
- Use the Accept or Reject buttons on the banner shown at your first visit.
- Change your mind any time via the Cookies button in the bottom corner of the page, or the Cookie choices link in the footer.
- Clear or block cookies entirely in your browser settings — the site will still work, though the contact form needs the session cookie to submit securely.
If our cookie use changes
Should we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, they will be listed in the table above, the banner will ask for your consent again, and nothing non-essential will load unless you accept.
